We liked the place right by the sea, and we walked barefoot from the beach to our room. Everything was clean, and we had a pleasant stay. The staff was very kind and helpful.

We absolutely loved staying in the tiny house which is a great size very spacious and very modern it was lovely had everything we needed there was 3 adults and a toddler, it’s just a short walk to the beach which is gorgeous we will definitely be back thanks for having us xx

Hotel Velsen was a life saver. We needed a place to stay between hitching a car ride to Ijmuiden and getting on the Amsterdam-Newcastle ferry. Since we have two cats, the pickings were slim. Luckily, Hotel Velsen is pet friendly. Our room was on two levels, and there was a window sill on each level, one per cat. The owners were lovely and very helpful.
The hotel has 20 rooms for 1, 2 or more persons. Our aim is to ensure that you enjoy a relaxed and homely stay at Hotel de Weyman. We offer a rich and tasteful breakfast.

There was a lovely welcome package ready for us with some original Dutch treats, which was a lovely touch.
The accommodation was impeccable and very clean. Kitchen included more than all nessecaties and was very complete.

Great location next to path through dunes to the beach. Nice food at breakfast at reasonable price. Easy walk into town with a selection of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Clean, coffee and tea in room. Staff at reception in restaurant polite and helpful.
The location was just a few hundred metres to the beach which was fantastic. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull always. We took two small dogs with us and they were made very welcome by the staff. Dogs allowed on the beach.
The restaurant and bar was great with top quality food and prompt freindly service. The room was large enough and the bed very comfortable. There is a shower in the room but the two toilets are shared and on the landing. Perfect stay for a short seaside break.
