Beautiful, characterful hotel. Rooms rather old fashioned but not unexpected in this lovely, historic building. Clean comfortable and charming. The restaurant was excellent with a great outside area too.

Located on a really charming street in Amsterdam, close to shops and museums and a short walk to the canals. The hotel comes with lots fo complimentary stuff like snacks at tea time, a stocked complimentary bar and cosey spaces to sit in and out doors. Perfect location. Service was excellent. Before arrival we had some issues with hotel communication, but everything was handled professionally by concierge. Check in procedure was perfect. Private boat dinner cruise at first night suggested by concierge was amazing experience, expensive, but so worth! Next time in Amsterdam we book that experience again. Room with canal view was perfect, make sure to book with canal view, worth to pay extra.

The room was very nice and spacious, including the bathroom. It was really nice having breakfast brought to your room at a time of your choosing.

Perfect location in the middle of the Main Street with good views. With the entrance in the cafe made it extraordinary, the kids loved it! Comfortable beds. Beds linen and towels included. Very friendly hosts, gave us lots of good information about the apartment and the apartment and area!
Good location and room and bathroom facilities very clean. I specially liked the coffee making facilities.
Only defect was the mosquito screen which had come loose from the screen.
Location is accessible to public transport
The location is walking distance to the city center but if one wants to take the bus it is also possible.
The site is clean and the surroundings are very pet friendly, our dog also enjoyed this place.
