We liked the location of the resort (good nature, isolated but not too far from the city center) and the well maintained facilities.

Very friendly staff. The young men working at the restaurant during supper time were very friendly, always smiling and paying attention to everything. The meals were tasty. Breakfast had plenty of choice. The lady who was welcoming the guests to breakfast (I believe she is the owner) was very friendly. The hotel is situated close to the nearby town.
Set in between extensive parks, a vineyard, herb gardens, apiaries, an orchard, a rose garden and a church with 18th century frescoes, Château St Gerlach - Oostwegel Collection, member of Relais and...

The hosts were very welcoming and made one feel very welcome. The food was superb and all fresh and locally sourced. The location is very quiet and relaxing.
Very nice location, helpful and friendly owners. Plenty of garden space including pool for children to enjoy. Well equipped kitchen and terrace to enjoy the sun and view.
Great location, country’s style hotel, quiet and easily accessible with the car and right next to the treinstation. The room was decent and the beds comfortable. We loved the deck in the restaurant where we could enjoy our breakfast (and dinner) enjoying the sun while looking out over the meadows. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
We loved the owner, he was so kind and welcoming! And had such a creative/soul for all the details. Something we also loved was the location. Hills, fields with flowers, nature, a running river. It was soo beautiful. We even saw fireflies when we where walking from Valkenburg back to this place.
Great value for money; located in a very quite area surrounded by beautiful landscapes, room was quite spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly! We had a trail race the next day and were allowed to have early breakfast! Would visit this place again!
Wonderful host, also giving great advice on trips in the vicinity of the location, excellent breakfast and very nice rooms, with a (especially for the Netherlands) unique view on a mountain. Lots of opportunities for hiking nearby.
