The couple who run it are very friendly and helpful. It is basically a seperated first floor of a residential property with direct access from the front door. There are three good size bedrooms, a kitchen and seperate dining room. The bathroom is shared with just a separate second floor room, but that was no problem. The apartment is tastefully furnished and the kitchen is very well fitted out.
We were just staying overnight on a cycling trips and it was ideal. There is secure storage for bikes.
Situated in a former parsonage in the centre of Hoek van Holland, Kuiperduin is only 15 minutes’ walk from the beach. It features free Wi-Fi and a garden with terrace.

A wonderful pet friendly hotel with incredibly kind staff. Super close to the port. We stayed for a few hours only but had a lovely time. The beds were comfy and clean and our dog enjoyed the garden.

The units were nice. We had two Berkel 4 side by side for our family group of 8. We ordered an A/C unit for each unit, as the homes are single walled and get really hot when the sun is out. At 15 Euro's a day wasn't cheap, but glad we spent that money for the two weeks we were there. Restaurant not open daily, mostly on weekends. There is a take out place for fast food items, fries, burgers etc. We arranged our own towels. There is no soap or shampoo provided, so bring your own. All in all our trip from Vancouver to Hellevoetsluis wad a good one.

Easy Check-In, need phone to enter room which could be a hassle for others, but we really liked it. Spacious, pretty apartment and very clean. Fridge in the room was a little lifesaver. Lake right in front of the hotel is big and nice, dogs are welcome. Close to the beach (5 min car ride), where dogs were allowed as well. I liked that the toilet and shower were in separate rooms. Cutest picture of cow above the bed :-)
It was very clean and tidy. It was well located in a high-class neighborhood. 2 different supermarkets were very close, great to do daily trips to the beach, do kitedurfing or to a cute old town nearby. Great stay!
We were exceedingly impressed with Sandra's B&B. It is beautifully decorated, private, and well located to access public transit. The unit was spotless, furniture was comfortable, the linens pristine, and the bed mattress, while soft, was very supportive. We travel full-time, and without a doubt, this was the nicest unit in which we've stayed; it felt like a home rather than just an impersonal place to lay your head. BIG thumbs up for Sandra's Gastenverblijf!!!!
The room and breakfast were GREAT, also a lot of dog owners! Location was perfect too - walking distance to the beach and nature zone.
They also left cute doggy bag for our pet when we arrived.
The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is modern, has different facilities, very clean, allows pets, enough parking, good location. In the room they pay attention to details, provided complimentary things for us and our pet. The breakfast was also worth it, diverse choice and delicious. Would come again for a short out-of-city getaway.
