It was great that I could stay here with my dog. I was allowed to check in early and check out of the room late, which really helped me fit a tight work schedule around traveling with a pet in a foreign country. The catering staff were incredibly helpful when I mentioned dietary restrictions and found suitable replacements even after hours. f

Very convenient location if you need to move around with a car and also the rooms are quite spacious if compared to other dutch hotels. The building is located in a quiet area even if it’s close to a main road. They do provide new towels everyday if requested.
It was in a beautiful green location, just outside the city, with bicycles to rent -took about 20 mins into the centre. Hotel had a great open car park so it was easy to load and unload. We took our small dog and they left him his own ball as a welcome treat😁. Easy to stay, easy to park and staff were really friendly and helpful.
The lobby was beautiful and luxury. But the room where I was in was kinda gross it wasn’t clean in the bathroom and the bed didn’t really sleep well the matras was hard and the bedsheets where thin. The chairs had a lot off damage the breakfast is expensive €18 for each person to join .

Just because it is an pet friendly hotel doesn’t mean paying so much and the room is not clean at all and damage everywhere. €124 not worth it if the price was lower it would be worth but still it should be cleaner.
The check in went very nice with Rob; we had a convivial chat as he showed me around. There was a peacock, several chickens, a cat, parrot, a couple of dogs … all making it feel very nice and cozy.
The room is cozy and a has a “rustic” feeling to it. The property in general is the type of place that would be nice to have several days at, just to hangout and read a book in the various nooks and crannies.
Family room was spacious and clean.
Breakfast looked appetizing and was well presented, weather was perfect to eat outside in the enclosed courtyard.
Location only 5 minute walk to city center, discount for the parking garage was great and only a 5 minute walk to hotel. Would definitely stay there again when in Groningen.

The hotel is very well located, close to the city center, and easily accessible. The breakfast options provided were good, good atmosphere. I appreciated that the hotel allows pets, a great bonus!
