Staff where really lovely and friendly, I called the hotel before booking to confirm about the breakfast, if it was included, and they told us that yes it's is . Not knowing that was paid separately.
Maybe was miss communication!
Otherwise hotel was very clean, friendly staff and really helpful.

The place is great, new, clean, very comfortable and well equipped and the hosts are very helpful and nice. The only thing I could suggest is a mosquito net on the window and door, apart from that I highly recommend this place! Thanks Julie and family, I had a great time.

Didn't take breakfast however evening food was of a good quality and reasonably priced free parking available plus a free overspill public carpark.

Location was good. Nice and quiet location was rural which suited us. Facilities for children trampoline, see-saw, table tennis table and use of a pool too- bonus! Lovely communal lounge space with tv, pool table etc. weather was wet on our brief overnight stay so didn’t make the most of outdoor facilities but kids did try them out. Lovely breakfast host who supplied a simple but ample continental breakfast. Nice touch a chilled welcome drink awaited for us on arrival to the hotel.

Wow. Probably the best ever B&B that we have ever stayed in. No, I take that back, the Best B&B we have ever stayed in. It far exceeded our expectations.
We stayed a week at B&B Het Gelders Buitenleven. We were very well looked after by Anita and Theo.
Their attention to detail was incredible. Breakfast had everything that you could have asked for. There was a daily breakfast request, which Anita prepared for the following morning. If you had wanted the best Steak and Caviar, I am sure that they would have provided it.
Many choices of rolls, bread, jams, toppings yoghurt coffee, teas, juices and cooked breakfast.
If there was anything that we wanted, we only had to ask.
There was an honesty bar in the form of a fridge with assorted beers, wines and soft drinks.
In our room there was a nespresso type coffee machine and kettle. There was an assortment of teas. It was incredible. TV, wifi, twin shower, plenty of towels and a welcome gift of chocolates.
It was a great place for families, outside pool and jacuzzi.
We would definitely go there again; we had such a wonderful time.

This is the second time we have stayed at the property and again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and lots of attention to detail. Good parking is available directly outside the property and the breakfast provided is fabulous. We will definitely return again!
