- Next to the hotel is a supermarket, where is ATM inside.
- Close to the hotel are two bars, where you can watch sports, listen to the music and have drinks in the evening.
- It is easy to get here to San Jorge, where is a ferry to Ometepe island, where are volcanos.
- The bus station is less than 2 km away. There you can get a bus to San Juan del Sur.
- There is a TicaBus bus stop 300 m away. There are buses to San Jose, Costa Rica and Managua, Nicaragua.
The hotel has a good restaurant. The breakfast is good as well.
WiFi works well and it is fast.

I booked for one night and I finally stayed for 5. You can just rent a bike and explore the island without moving to another location/hotel. I felt more comfortable staying in the main city, having an AC room (is very hot these days and you need that), in a quiet place with many restaurants around you that you can visit in the evening and explore new places every day. The owner is a very nice person, I can definitely recommend to stay here if you will visit Ometepe!

Last minute booking and the property was clean and pool lovely. We weren't there very much as went kayaking, out for supper and were up at 6 to climb the volcano. They were really kind letting us shower and use the pool post-volcano before we got the ferry back later that afternoon.

Enjoyed our stay here. The host Jose is a really friendly and welcoming guy, he helped us organise a scooter rental with ease and gave us advice on good spots on the island.
The property is awesome, great views of Volcan Concepcion, really good kitchen facilities for making your own food, everything was clean!
There are fruit trees on the property which you can pick your own (coconuts and citrus fruits).
Would recommend.

I had a great time staying here. First, it was only a five minute walk from the San José del Sur ferry port and very easy to find. It was quaint and cosy, and the rooms had everything you need including a fan that kept me cool at night. The patio was nice and included rocking chairs to relax in, and it was peaceful at night with fairy lights in the garden. The food was delicious, very reasonably priced, and the staff was very accommodating to make a vegetarian menu for me.
I also recommend the guided tour! For a fair price you get to choose 4 guided spots to visit in a day. Also a 25-ish minute walk from Charco Verde and easy to find. Well worth it! I would certainly come back here and had a wonderful time.

Perfect place to break the journey to Ometepe. We stayed for one night after a long hot day of travelling from Costa Rica on local transport. Great location for getting the ferry the next morning. You literally walk out the door, turn left and you’re there.

If you need a stop on the way to or from Ometepe this is a perfect location. You can walk to the ferry in 3 min down the road. Not much for food around after dark but day time has restaurants near by
Breakfast was great, the location near the ferry service is great. I enjoyed the hammock on the porch.
