Location was fantastic, right in amongst lots of restaurants and sunset spots (bus bar in front is awesome!), and walkable to main surf spots - 10min to Popoyo main, 20min to beginner bay, and if it’s smaller the beach out front was fun to surf too. The host is super in-the-know with surfing so had heaps of good tips.
Room was amazing, big and comfortable, with air-con (such a lifesaver!), and cleaned daily. The chap who works there was so helpful and constantly cleaning - so the place is spotless!
Shared kitchen is well equipped, delicious coffee each day, and refillable filtered water (for a small price).
Would love to return!

Fantastic location! Enjoyed some amazing sunsets from the restaurant and small decking area. Ideal for surfing but only at high tides when we were there. Beds were comfy and the hammocks were a great addition.

Location is great being right opposite the beach. There are a few hammocks which are extremely comfortable and the staff make sure the property is very clean. I booked a six bedroom dorm and ended up getting a double bed with a kitchen and bathroom which was a nice

It seemed like a a new hotel. Located close to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. A playful dog and a cat would keep would keep you company if you wanted.
The view from the hotel is spectacular. Possibly the best view in all of Nicaragua. We liked the happy hour with 2 for 1 cocktails, the hotel pets were lovely especially the two weiner dogs and the cats. Hot water and AC made the visit very comfortable.
