Luis, is absolutely the BEST HOST we had during our 5 MONTH trip through Mexiko. We arrived at night and the property is a sideway of the main road. We passed it and had to stop to ask. He saw us passing and followed us to help. The room had everything we needed. enough pillows, blankets, moskito-nets. We didnt want to go out to eat, so he ordered us and managed to take our food, handled our payment and everything. The shower was hot and perfect and enough water (which often had not been the case here). The sounds of nature and animals in his wonderful garden where the bungalow is located was really amazing. (And the sounds of the village to hear was nice too.) Our dog felt at home there immediately which is always a good sign. Luis speaks many languages and he gave us the most valuable tips while we had a breakfast where nothing was missing and totally fresh and organic. (Except i guess the pastry and bakery...)

The property was well maintained and very clean. Great location two minutes drive from the main gates of Chichen Itza. In the centre of a small town, with plenty of places to eat within a two minute walk. The staff were really helpful and the rooms are based around a small pool in a courtyard setting. Parking is very secure behind a large metal gate. Three very cute dogs live on site which makes it feel all the more homely! <3 Really great value for the amount paid. Don't judge on the very good price - Highly recommended.

The welcoming, even if we arrived very late int he evening, was exceptional. They gave us suggestions and advice on everything. The location is really 4 minutes driving from Chichén-Itzá. Very delicious breakfast è lovely dogs around.

It was just a very enchanting little hotel. The grounds were just like they look in the pictures, the pool and plants were lovely, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel has pet birds that hang out in the trees around the pool and dogs that visit guests. There is good coffee and cakes for guests in the mornings. And it is an easy walk to restaurants, an ATM machine, and a convenience store.

Good location only 5-8 minutes away from Chichén Itzá and directly on front of Cenote Ik-Kil. Clean rooms, beds and facilities, pool available. Intact fly screens, so not even mosquitos or similar in the room. Breakfast included and relatively fair food prices. We stayed just one night, but there was nothing to complain about. The receptionist even took care of our dog for some hours while we visited Chichén Itzá. Helpful people and a good stay, what else you can want!

this is a wonderful place, located in a quiet small town near Chichen-Itza. Luis is an exceptionally warm host and greeted us with fresh orange juice and recommendations about where to grab a bite to each within walking distance. he also had great recommendations for cenotes and ruins nearby. breakfast was amazing! a huge plate of fresh fruit with yogurt and tacos de cochinita pibil. The rooms are simple but perfectly adequate and with AC!! the property is beautifully landscaped, complete with chickens, sweet dogs, and kittens.

The rooms were really nice and clean. The garden was a big bonus, it was really well kept and there was a nice little pool. Loved also the pet parrots flying around in the garden! Location was also great and there were a 24/7 supermarket just around the corner.

the pool area is very nice and refreshing. there are happy adopted dogs who get treated very well. the parking spot was very secure and behind a big gate. the bed was more than comfortable and the room in general was nice. the staff was friendly and cheerful. good location in a cute little city. quite silent at night.

The setting, in the big garden, feels very much you are in consonance with nature. Luis is a great host, very kind (we had an issue with the petrol, and he seemed ready to come and rescue as, if needed be) and knowledgeable (prior to arrival we followed his suggestion to a previous client and went to the Chiuan cenote and had a great experience). Breakfast, cooked by his wife, is very comprehensive and delicious. It's a perfect location for Chichen Itza (and more, but we were going to Holbox afterwards).
