I was looking for some “me time”, not a surfer, just wanted a laid back peaceful place to relax in and walk along the beach. La Maison des Vagues is SO perfect for this. Comfortable, cozy, lots of different spaces, great food, fab staff, a pool and they can organize all the activities like surfing/horse/dromedary rides, quads, visits to Essaouira (recommend), yoga and massages. Really mixed crowd from families with young kids to groups of same sex friends, older couples and a few Moroccan families too - such a nice atmosphere, gracefully curated by Christèle and Christophe, with their right hand woman Soukaina who is ACE! Thank you to all the team for delivering exactly what I was looking for.

Ideal place to relax after visiting noisy moroccan cities. Good base for trips to Essaeuria and Sidi Kauki. Hosts are very nice and there is a great atmosphere. When ordering two rooms we got the whole part of the house for ourselves. The interior design very nice.

I'm really impressed with Mr. Momo and the Eco-Beach House. The house has a great beachfront location with stunning sea views. Mr. Momo is an exceptional host, very caring and kind. He welcomed us with warm Moroccan tea and treated us to delicious homemade traditional cookies. The breakfast was excellent, featuring fresh bio-free-range eggs from his own chickens, a delightful fruit bowl, Moroccan bread, pancakes, and locally sourced honey and oil. Additionally, Mr. Momo provides transfers to Essaouira and Sidiki Kaouki and offers fantastic grills with fresh fish and seafood from local fishermen.
Our lunches and dinners at the Eco-Beach House were a true delight. We were treated to the best tagines and couscous, all lovingly prepared by Mr. Momo's mother. The quality of the food was exceptional, and we were reassured in our choice of staying here. We highly recommend this place to those who want to be close to nature and experience the true local Moroccan flavors!

We had a fantastic stay in Riad Dar Etto, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The pool is beautiful and a great place to relax. The Riad is about 15 minutes outside of essaouira by car and when we were there the owners ordered us taxis to get in and out of the town which cost 50 Dirhams each way which is very good value.

I loved my stay at Hotel Villa Soleil. Marie & Yussef took great care of me and I felt really at home - lovely chill vibe, slept super well with the soothing sounds of the waves. I was able to really catch up on myself and fill up on all the good things, sunshine, ocean & peace! Good breakfast, great location, and a gorgeous dog, what more could you want!
