Nice hotel recently remodelled; in excellent condition; very clean; overall comfortable; great breakfast buffet; great location in the heart of the city making it easy to walk to the sights and restaurants; plus gated free parking. Very reasoanble price for what the hotel offers.
The hotel seems a little hidden at first, bit it's very modern and very well equipped. Even though I don't speak Russian, the two ladies in charge managed to communicate well with me and even catered to my extra wishes (such as storing my luggage after check-out). The room is super nice, even with tea and water provided. It was very clean and calm. I would definitely stay here again!
Location is great, quiet area close to the shops…the Kazakh lady owner and her son were extraordinarily helpful and kind, the dorms are very spacious, fully equipped kitchen, pristinely clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable beds with curtains for privacy and also not very close to each other…….very homely feeling….wouldn’t think twice about coming here again and would recommend it to anyone that comes to Petropavl…..thank you for making feel so welcome
