The overall location was pretty nice- In the middle of many restaurants and what seemed like a very hip strip at night. There are many cars and people on the stretch at nights and many restaurants serving a variety of foods within 5 mins walk.
The rooms where mostly clean, the floor and the sheets didn't have any stains (see below).
The wifi connection was good.
The TV worked well and could have easily connected my Netflix account.
The staff speaks very good English and are really helpful. The lobby also has a microwave you can use if you have stored left overs in your room’s fridge. There is a vending machine on sight with different basic amenities, I.e: toothbrush, paste, adapters etc).

We stayed at the Golden Tulip Incheon right after the arrival in Korea and before our departure. It was an excellent choice. Good location, spacious room, kind and competent staff. I will always go back :)
The Treehouse was a good studio apartment option located conveniently on the free shuttle route from Incheon airport. We picked it because of our 24 layover and because they accept pets. There were some pleasant restaurants around the small neighborhood. We picked the Korea barbecue place, Mama, and it was great. There were also quite a few minimarts and some breakfast places.
It was closer to the airport and I absolutely loved the location. Next to a beach with great vibes and lights. Many cafes next to it and so many cute dogs nearby.
Chose property for location and shuttle. Room was spacious but overall could use refresh (cracked tiles, stained carpets, dated bathroom). Laundry out of order was a disappointment as we were about to begin final leg of our trip. Staff was nice and snack in restaurant hit the spot.
It was a pet friendly hotel and we had no issue with our dog. It's self check in and out so it was all very easy, especially for a foreigner in Korea these things can sometimes not go so smoothly.
The room was pretty decent but not to big. We had a really nice view of the ocean and I'd recommend paying the extra 20K for it because the other side is a bit bare but whatever if you don't care.
