Very good service from staff. Onsen facilities are good, the bath offers facial masks which I enjoyed. Location is convenient too.

Free transportation to and from Gero station. The view was stunning and the service was great. They provide free map in English for tourist, and were able to communicate in English. Food especially the beef was excellent.

There are 3 different onsens, 1 at each of their buildings for us to try. Very relaxing experience. The hotel location is amazing. It is walkable within 2 3mins of the Gero station but there is also an available shuttle bus at Gero station if u have too many luggages. The breakfast spread is fabulous too with many varieties of japanese dish in bite sizes portions to try out, help with preventing food wastage also. My kids were both excited to sleep on the prepared futon in the ryokan style room

Located within a 2-minute walk from Gero train station, a 5-minuit walk to main town and the beautiful and clean river, location is unbeatable. Although the outdoor onsen is not big, it is sufficient for guests as there are not many rooms so not many guests use the onsen at the same time. Food is great as expected. Service is warm and friendly.

This onsen hotel has been in business for a long time and their reputation is well-known. Walking through the hotel and in the room you will noticed dated carpets and furniture however it did not have any impact to our stay. The room was clean and the staff is attentive. The check in/out process was smooth, the meals were delicious and plentiful and the onsen is just absolutely wonderful. Very good value location to stay in.
