Generally our stay was wonderful, I originally booked for a couple of days but ended up staying for two weeks. A tornado threatened and altered a lot of our travel plans. Most of the staff could speak English and on the whole were well trained. Breakfasts are the best we have had at any 5 star hotel and you can eat as much as you like. The views from the hotel are wonderful and on a clear day you can see mount Fuji. We independently hired our own English speaking chauffeur and limo to get a tour around Mount Fiji and other distant villages and lakes, it was much cheaper than the hotel (and the scamming airport taxis).

Obviously a bit of a mix between business and tourist hotel. Very much run in the business tradition. That said as a tourist it was within walking distance of Central Station and access to the metro is available within the building. It's located a quieter part of the city (which for us was good) if you want nightlife and a good restaurant culture, you won't find it here. There is a pool, which has an 'odd' booking procedure but we gained access for a couple of nights and it helped take away some of the days weariness

It was large and comfortable. Perfect for a young family who wants room to spread out. The neighbourhood is quiet at night too. The staff were helpful in adding additional guests at short notice. All home amenities were available and the ability to wash clothes on holiday is amazing.

We stayed as a group of 6 friends who love Japanese culture, and this house was perfect.
The manga library was a great touch, and the foot bath on the terrace was amazing.
Kuramae was a pleasant surprise—close to Asakusa but with a more local vibe. Lots of nice cafes, restaurants, and craft shops right by the house.
Perfect for experiencing real Tokyo life.

A great little apartment, with a superb location just a couple of minutes from the station and a whole range of excellent shops and restaurants. I especially liked the Japanese-style bathroom, and having a washer-dryer was incredibly convenient. The kitchen area was compact but very well supplied with everything you could need to prepare your own meals. All cleaning materials were also supplied - everything had obviously been very well thought out. The staff were friendly, extremely helpful, and responded immediately to emails. I would love to stay there again.

Very clean and dog friendly. Scenes are setup to take pictures with your dog in them. There is even a dog bathing station outside! People can also eat with their pets in the downstairs cafe area. On top of that the staff are available to help with travel insights and even obscure requests like where to buy a pet carrier; we got one at Kohnan Kōtō Fukagawa if anyone is looking.

The hotel is dog friendly, so every day there are lovely pets at the reception. At the same time, we haven't been disturbed by any barking/noise during our stay (not a single time).
The room was small, but very well organized and we had no issues at all.
We picked this hotel for price and location, plus it is dog friendly. This was clue that local Japanese would choose this hotel so we’d get to meet ‘locals’ and get to see their pampered doggies. It worked, the feel of this hotel was quirky-cool-friendly. The nearby rail line is perfect for Haneda terminals as you don’t need to change lines. Just go direct to Haneda, about 50 minutes. Because it’s a little off the tourist path the local restaurants are cheaper and populated by locals.
The room is spacious for this price and this location! Lots of amazing restaurants within walking distance! Both me and my partner love this hotel and would definitely stay here again for next visit.
Before I came I read others reviews saying there may be smell of dogs because it's a dog friendly hotel, but I didn't smell anything weird, the whole hotel is very clean, and the puppies are adorable.
It was a great location close to Akihabara and had great access to the subway/train system. This is a dog friendly hotel and it brought me joy to see all the dogs in the lobby.

I needed a place close to Akihabara and this hotel was the perfect location.
Area seemed rough at first but it was perfectly safe at all time.
Hotel is pet friendly although had no pet with me but it's nice to see many options especially for dog owners.
Breakfast was nothing special, they let you prepare sandwiches with bread or bagels but not many option for vegans.
We initially picked this property because it allowed pets. It was a pity that we decided not to bring our dogs to Japan for this holiday (crazy ideal, eh?). The information provided beforehand were easy to comprehend with lots of pictures. Finding the building and getting in was uncomplicated. The room itself was seemingly clean and tidy. We encountered problem getting hot water in the bathroom, and the host was responsive with the messages to render help.
Excellent location within 2 min from JR Asakusabashi station, 5-7 min from Asakusabashi underground, and 10-12 min walk from Akihabara transport hub. Easy to visit the Hokusai museum in Sumida, and reach many business places in Tokyo. 7-11 convenient shop and a small AEON food supermarket are within 50 m from the hotel entrance. The room is well equipped and has proper black curtains for a comfortable sleep. Looked like a dog-friendly place, although we travelled without a pet and are not funs of the dogs.
