It’s a family owned guest house with mother, father and two kids born 2020 and 2023. The father speaks English and that is friendly and eager to help.
The common area is the same as the family’s private space. As a family you have access to a big bath tub big enough for four people. The house is made out of mainly wood, which is spacious and cozy. They created small areas for kids to play. Example a small ropeway. The father likes spear fishing.
Relaxed atmosphere and helpful family made the trip to Amami really pleasant. Recommended.

Nice place located on top of a small hill, run by friendly couple relocated from Tokyo a few years back. The room had twin beds, common showers and sinks with quality products, and also decent breakfast that can be prepared if notified in advance. Nice view from outside the hotel
The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. The property was gorgeous and the view from the room was amazing! Rooms were super spacious and clean. Great location and private beach right outside your room door. Would definitely recommend.
