The apartment is located relatively centrally (8 min tube ride to the central station) with a lot of local amenities and a spacious car park on site. It is a modern styled apartment, which is pretty comfortable to spend a few nights while in Nagoya. There are two separate bedrooms, small but comfortable. Air conditioning in every room, which you need even out of the hot season for ventilation -- the area is busy and noisy and the apartment is on the ground floor with bedroom facing the fence and the parking lot -- therefore opening windows is not really a great option. But aircons are good, quiet and soft (when needed to be such). There is a well equipped kitchen and a plenty of space in the living room. There is a bath tab and a separate walk-in shower, a washing machine and everything one could expect.
The key for the code-lock was delivered remotely, so there was no challenge checking-in or out.

This location is a good compromise between the hustle bussle of the very very big train station, all the restaurants of MIEIKI neigbourhood, and nearby highway to pick up or drop your rental car at Toyota Pet around the corner. Very quiet, easy check in with a welcoming staff, average but fine breakfast considering the price range. Good value overall.
The hotel is conveniently situated right across from the JR station, requiring only a short walk to reach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Considering the excellent location, the pricing is competitive. I would certainly choose to book the same hotel for my next visit.
The location is good and easy access to Nagoya stations . The price for Saturday night is competitive when compare with other same grade hotel at similar area. The breakfast is good and highly recommended .
The location is great . Easy access the subway . Japanese style Coffee shop are just around the corner. The price is also competitive. Can use the oven if you have take away or leftover . 5mins to Oasis 21. Good for those who love shopping. Highly recommended.
Price was very competitive, and the location near Sakae and Hisaya Odori Park seemed a good idea (in the beginning -- see further comments below). Room cleaning and provision of room amenities was generous and courteous. Our complaint regarding the room we were initially given was handled courteously well.
Good location and I was able to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast is nice, especially the Japanese option. However it is the same everyday, so for a longer stay it may be a bit repetitive

Breakfast was simple and not repetitive for two consecutive mornings. Packed breakfast to the room is allowed. Location good nearest to Nagoya Station. Staff were very helpful to give directions and made reservations at restaurants for us by phone.
