Fun experience trying to live in a beautiful, traditionel Ryokan. Yuki was such an amazing host, helpful with recommendations, cooking us delicious breakfast and sweet to drive us to and from the station. Other members of staff also made a huge effort to make us feel very welcome. So happy with our stay at Toranjyo-lit and would definitely come back :-)

The rooms were a good size for Japanese standards and were clean.
The room was very nice, big with a beautiful view!!! It was raining cats and dogs, the recepcionist allow us to enter the room 3 hours before, I am very grateful for that. We could enjoy the landscape from the room until the weather was better. There are amenities, the staff speaks english, the hotel is very close to the station and in front of the main atractions.
It is very comfortable. The carpet next to the bed is soft, and the bed has nice mattress. There is a bed lamp too. The is also an air purifier, which we appreciated. The living area has adequate amenities, including hairdryer, tooth brushes, mugs… It is located next to the Outlet mall, through which you can walk to the station and the sightseeing area easily.
