Very nice country house and the sights from the hilltop (especially during sunset) were amazing and we met some curious horses and a very vocal cat and in the morning a small rabbit as well.

Anna, our host, and her family, were delightful and generous with their time answering all our questions and introducing us to their pets. They also allowed us to check out late and to use their pool which was much appreciated. The breakfast (home-made preserves and pastries by Anna and her daughter) were delicious and throughout our stay there were many personal touches, including a small 'leaving present' that Anna gave us. We would not hesitate to recommend staying with Anna and her family if you like pets and want to meet an Umbrian resident. We would love to come back.

What a fantastic experience it was staying with Patricia and her staff, the food was amazing, wine was flowing and was made to feel very at home! Lovely rooms that stay very dark, nice and warm and a great bathroom! Definitely recommend!

The property looks better live than in photos, which is rather unusual. We were 2 families, 11 people, and had good split of rooms, with 2 master bedrooms, each with own bathroom. Ground floor has spacious dining room and good size living room, as well as a spacious kitchen. We were having our meals outside in shady area. And then there is a pool, which tops everything. Pool is cleaned once a week. Rooms have airco (extra charge). We were welcomed to the property by lovely Franca. We had one person speaking little Italian, which was handy because Franca didnt speak English. However, this is not a problem, because she showed and explained (in Italian) us everything. There is no immediate neighbours, which i consider a plus. The small village is 10 min walk. We were feeling like complete strangers there, because there are no many tourists there. 10-15 min drive is another small village with few bars and restaurants. It’s a perfect for group of friends, or families with children.
