The room was incredible! It was in an amazing location with a great view of the ocean and was so clean inside. We were able to get to the trails easily from our room, and were also a short walk from the cafes and bars in the town. The decor was perfect for the location, and we had everything we needed to be comfortable and even make our own dinner one night. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful. A guest before us had taken a chord needed to use the smart TV, so we texted the host and he bought and delivered a new one by the morning! It was very nice to know that he would quickly respond to any question/concern. This was an amazing room in a beautiful location with a great host, we hope we can come back soon!

The location right by the sea with amazing views, all the terraces and of course the Jacuzzi made this our best stay we’ve ever had. The room was beautiful with a great massage shower, Air-condition, free minibar which is filled up daily and a bottle of prosecco upon arrival. Quick response from the owner whenever we had any questions, and a guide met us on the trainstation snd escorted us to the hotel. Top service all-around. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Were were met in town by the ferry, our host was friendly and gracious. Everything was as expected and the views were magnificent. We couldn't have been closer to the see. The room was small, about the size of a standard hotel room, the bathroom was a decent size and the balcony was sufficiently large enough to lounge. The balcony faces north, so while you don't get the sunset view, you are able to sit out on the balcony into the evening.

I like everything about the hostel and my stay at Banchi!! First of, Domenico/Dome is very accommodating, friendly, and attends to your needs. He explains about everything about your stay and Cinque Terre upon check in. My room was huge, very clean and have freebies (coffee, tea cookies, etc), with A/C and have a nice view from the window. The toilet/bath is huge and clean too. The room is cleaned everyday and the freebies are restocked as well. The location is on point - very happy that I booked this hostel, it is close to everything. I will stay here again that's for sure. Recommended!!!
