Marvelous villa on the border of Umbria and Tuscany! We had a two-rooms suite with a splendid view on the owner’s garden and the lake. The breakfasts were fine. Nice pool with everything you need. The management created a nice lunch for all of us to say good bye to summer on the 22nd of September with a singer performing life and very good extended meals.

Perfect location and with great and welcoming hosts. Quick trip to the local supermarket 5 minutes drive and we had a fantastic picnic on the rooftop with those beautiful views of the lake.
