This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. The owner and the staff are fantastic. They bend over backwards to help out with anything at all! The hotel is clean as clean gets! They have events here with live music on a regular basis, the wifi is great, the location is superb to the historical center, the breakfast is great, not a roll and coffee, but a real breakfast with bacon & eggs, salmon avocado toast, unbelievable coffee machines, pastries etc. My dog loved it too! This is our second time back and would come again. It is a funky, cool environment that rivals any upscale hotel. All ages love it here! The best hands down!

The place is located in an old palace that was renovated and redecorated to receive guests. The owner Manlio was an incredible host who received us with a Pasticiotto ( a typical pastry from Lecce) and also, the night before we left, he brought us a bottle of prosecco. The palazzo is amazing, decorated with extremely good taste and comfortability. We stayed there for 3 nights and it was one of the best places we have been. The property is located just a few steps away from one of the 3 gates to the historic city of Lecce and the fact that it has a secure private parking in the premises makes this B&B "the place" to be in Lecce. It is an example to follow for many hotels and bed and breakfast establishments. Every detail, from the breakfast to the different amenities it offers makes The Charleston an outstanding and peaceful place to relax and enjoy.

We greatly appreciated the location (very near the centro storico) and the parking facility (this is a big plus in Lecce where parking could be a real challenge!). The house was very well equipped.
