We had a very nice stay. Leo was very helpful and welcoming. Good pizzeria very close. The next day went wild swimming at Fiume Bagnone, which was amazing.

We stayed at the Agriturismo Il Poderetto for a week with our child and dog. The apartment was small and simple, but very clean and organized. It was great for our stay. The farm is an idyllic and lovely place, surrounded by grapevines nearby a river. Very peaceful and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing and new. We were even lucky to have it just for ourselves during our stay. It was great to enjoy it during the hot days. The hosts are a delight. The couple who manages the farm (Alessio and Sara), are super welcoming and were ready to help us when needed. Their small restaurant is a treat (open Saturday and Sunday at 8pm). The food prepared by Sara is delicious and their wine selection is composed by their own wine label (also really tasty). Highly recommend staying at Agriturismo Il Poderetto if you want to enjoy the “dolce far niente”.

Fabrizia, the host is really lovely and so welcoming, we loved meeting her and staying here. We had a whole flat/house for us and it was very cosy. The view from the balcony is simply spectacular. We had breakfast looking at the mountains and listening to the birds singing. There are loads of cats in any shape and form, wood, ceramic, stuffed, pictures, we so much enjoyed it. there was food in the cabinets and lovely cotton ironed lined on the beds. There are plenty of little old villages to visit and less than 1 hour drive to Pisa and Lucca and 1/2 hours to Laspezia and the cinque terre.
