We are happy that we have chosen such a nice and very quiet semihouse in Contignano. It is strategically nicely located on the hill, from which it is easy to reach Pienza, San Quirico d’Orcia, Radicofani, Bagni etc. The house has a sitting-dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, two TV sets, a study with a table spacious enough for two computers. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The house is surrounded by a nice garden where we drank coffee. There is a free private parking nearby. The wi-fi speed was enough to work with internet comfortably. We are grateful to Giuseppe for a nice welcome. He awaited for us, explained everything and gave some advices on sight-seeing. We are certainly come back and stay here.

Absolutely amazing little house, well designed, fully equipped and spottlessly clean, perfect for family. Little garden with outdoor seating, pieceful and very quiet. Lovely pool area with views. Location convenient for trips to nunber of locations. We truly loved it there and hope to come back.

Place is easily located on the map and easily reached. Has a gate at the front for extra security for the property which gives extra privacy at the place. Staff are super friendly and took us around the place for a quick tour even on a rainy day! They really have love for their place. The room was huge with all the facilities including a full kitchen, bathroom was clean and bed was amazingly comfortable.
Breakfast was all from their garden which were fantastic. If you are passing by or looking for a great place to getaway, this would be the best place to be!

The location for visiting the hot springs was good, walkable as long as you are OK with the hill. There isn't much else in the location and we spent more time away than at our accommodation because of this. We didn't feel like there was anywhere to walk in the evening. Might be good if you have plans to travel around the area and want a base as the apartment is pleasant. The balconies are large with outdoor furniture and the view is reasonable. We never met the host but she was polite and helpful over messages.

Overall a peaceful property that had a pool. Safe and secure in a nice location. A well stocked kitchen and a nice yard. Besides the few hiccups we experienced we would stay again.
We love the location. The accomodation is middle of many beautiful places in Val d’ Orcia. Its a small town with one restaurant, gas station and we dont find supermarket.
Great location - flat up stairs to top floor with a secured gate at the top to ensure dog was secure. Beautifully furnished and really comfortable - great nights sleep. Views from windows were stunning. Small shop just round corner sold everything you could need to cater for yourselves. Host was amazing - took the time to tell us about the history of the place which made it extra special.
