Everything was great! The house was amazing, and looks even better than in the pictures. Every single room and bathroom is beautiful. The terrace, the garden with the pool...perfect. The town is beautiful as well and everyone is very nice. Paola, our concierge, was so nice and attentive to us in all of our stay, she helped us with all of our requests and questions, and helped us with reservations. Will definitely stay here again.

Roberta was extremely friendly and accommodating, and constantly checked in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. At check in, she drove over an hour to come greet me and make fresh pasta for lunch, which was a very pleasant surprise. A minor issue came up during the stay, which was resolved immediately. The apartment turned out to be as described in the listing and photos. I had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. The apartment had a very "at home" and "lived in" vibe that I liked over the "sterile" feel of many hotels. Would heartily recommend.
