The people who work in the hotel-very helpful. Nice old haveli,but not in Perfect location-you have to use tuk tukto go to old city. Room are dark,but with good AC, they can inprove clearness-about the sheets and towels

The hosts were extremely cordial and forthcoming in any request put forwarded to them. The property is well maintained and pet friendly especially with the garden which helps the pet get space to move around.

Plus the lady at the reception appeared receptive and had the right attitude. She seems to be surrounded by incompetent and disinterested staff. The breakfast order of puri bhaji & poha was fresh and tasted fine.
