Staff was always available for everything, help us with taxi form airport, taxi at the middle of the night to the hospital in GOA, also provided an upgrade on one room because I got engaged a few days before and there were a room available. The sea view cottage at Beach Chalets was the best place I've stayed in Agonda. The staff are really polite and the food and bar menu us pretty good too. The breeze is also an added plus during the day.
