My husband and I stayed here with our son and daughter-in-law and their three children in August. All of the adults and children loved the house which was comfortable, very clean and well equipped for cooking family meals - essential when travelling with children.
There are two bathrooms with showers which worked and reduced pressure in the morning and after days at the beach.
The house is a short walking distance from Londis and approximately 1 mile / 1.6 km from the beach, Kelly's Hotel deli, restaurants and bar, Centra shop, pharmacy, Chinese and Thai takeaway, ice-cream and coffee shops. It's a quiet neighbourhood without a lot of nighttime noise and felt safe. There is adequate off street parking space for two cars alongside the house.
Bridget, the owner is friendly and approachable. When we got stuck on how to use appliances which are different from our own she responded very promptly to messages.
If returning to Rosslare I would stay here again and recommend this property to family and friends.

The property was nice and cosy. The owner provided lots of information so we knew where things were located and how to use the shower, heating etc. The house was very close to amenities.

Quirky little place with some lovely touches like old fashioned doors. Peaceful and quiet.
Nice to have some milk in the fridge to start us off.
Very comfortable bed, perfect temperature in rooms for our stay. For a longer stay it had everything you might need , like air fryer, microwave etc.

Offering a variety of animal-adapted amenities, these properties provide a pet-friendly stay. Services may include sitting services, specialized bedding and dog walking. Some hotels even offer quirky perks like a gourmet room service menu for pets, as well as catnip and scratch poles.
Excellent location and very very pet friendly which included a breakfast room which your dog was allowed in if you wanted. Despite the B&B being dog friendly it was spotlessly clean all around the property and grounds. We will be back with or without our dog.
Great location for the ferry. Clean, comfortable and well equipped room with en-suite and pet friendly. Staff efficient and most helpful. Great breakfast.
Everything, proximity to rosslare port
But , the room was great for our stopover ( myself and two doggies)
En-suite, kettle , and Nickie gave me fresh milk for Irish tea 🫶🏼
There is even a dog friendly breakfast room , sadly left to early to avail . Doggie treats on arrival too
It’s the little touches that make a stay . Safe parking and space to walk pets .
Can’t complain about anything, and even usb points in sockets , great for me , I forgot my Irish usb plug , so excellent
The place is very well located and easy to find. It's the only pet friendly stay you will find in the area, with a decent space to let them walk and toilet.
The rooms are comfortable, well decorated and very cosy. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming.
They also have private parking and s fairly priced EV charging.
It allows pets so this suited us very well as we had our dog with us. Booked on a whim for a night away. Handy little courtrooms to stay with pets, small but nice.
Lovely food in the hotel bar and staff are very nice and welcoming.
Ideal for when you arrive in Rossleare for an overnight stay before catching your ferry. All of my family use this as we travel to Ireland a lot and when we are using the ferry for travelling this is a must for an overnight stay. The owner and staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is excellent. Dog friendly rooms to with plenty of parking.
