Great location, we definitely recommend this place as panajachel is quite noisy while here we slept super well. You can easily walk everywhere or take a tuk tuk for 1 euro. Very good breakfast. Amazing family, they received us with great and kind hospitality, organised the trip to Guatemala City and gave us many good tips to explore the area.

The location was perfect -close to where I do business and close to restaurants. Panajachel has a 'barking dog problem' but there were not many dogs this trip. There's a lovely garden, a covered patio with tables and chairs to work on your laptop or read a book, the staff is friendly and the breakfast was fine- similarly priced hotels do not include breakfast and so, given the convenience and quiet location, that's a plus for this place. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms are spacious.
Perfect location and big, comfortable room. The reception is open 24 hours which is great. Some cute pets around the property as well, like the talking parrot and fat cat :)
The staff is wonderful, Ana María is very helpful, mindful and kind. The location is great, it's close to restaurants, docks, and even tour companies. The rooms were very clean, the staff even provided fresh water bottles daily, and you can refill them in the hostel too!

The hotel welcome its door to the stray dogs of the area, which was a HUGE PLUS for us, so we could spend some time with them, petting them and feeding them
Also, the structure offers a lot of fun activities for free at night (e.g., trivia night) so you can meet new people and have fun

The bedroom was spacious really comfortable, and had a great design.
It's in a perfect location, really close to the ferry boats to Lake Atitlan and local shops / cafes. Great events, including sunset Yoga looking over the lake.
The property is great, clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are lockers provided if you need to store your belongs in between checking times and after check out.
The location is good but very noisy from the club on the adjacent road. Dogs barking all night. It is out of the hotels control but it did put us off.
Very close to the centre of town and less than a 2 minute walk to the lake. They have a pet cat and parrot who entertained me for hours when I couldn't be bothered exploring anymore. Lovely gardens and a fish pond. Free coffee and water every morning and night. We managed to get Netflix working on the tv so that was very nice.
Very friendly host! He helped us by arranging transport for us and even called the company when we where waiting for 40 minutes.
The room is very spacious, with a good working warm shower.
There's two cats and a little dog (and a turtle). We especially enjoyed the company of the kitten, who was very cuddly.
