The property exceeded all of my expectations and I loved everything about it, the studio was super clean, cute kitchen with brand new appliances, spacious bathroom, clean towels, beads were extra comfy and the view from the balcony was just a cherry on the top. I've been to Polichrono many times, but by far, this is the best studio I've stayed at! Below the studios there is a cute lounge bar, the beach is just right across and you have an option to rent a sunbed or just lay on a towel. Location was perfect, and it was my birthday so I'm extra appreciative that the owner was able to accommodate an extra request on our last day, this made our stay even more perfect!

Quiet location outside Kryopigi, avoiding the tourist jams but easily accessible and not far away from the Kryopigi village centre (you could walk there but you would need a car if you are with kids or if you would like to visit other nearby villages). The beach is 5 minutes walk (somewhat steep path among greenery), secluded and wild, feels like your own private beach (wear water shoes as it is rocky in the beginning). The yard is well groomed, with a treehouse and hammocks. The view from the terrace is magnificent. We only stayed for two days so we did not use the facilities in the studio but it seemed to have everything necessary if you wanted to cook. Rita and Stefanos were warm and welcoming hosts that provided us with recommendations on all questions that we had. A relaxing getaway at the end of the summer season.

Nice apartment. Everything is new. Near to beach. Also around you can find good market, restaurant. bakery as well. I Recommend it for a family vacation.
Wow. We loved it. Very reasonally priced considering the accomodation prices in the area, super clean and comfy. Amazing owners. It is located very close to the beaches but at the sime time not in the main area, so staying here we avoided all the loud music and traffic.
Great place with a great host and the best location! The beach nearby is very nice but my advice is you bring your swimming shoes because of the pebbles. We had our dog with us, she was so happy to swim in the sea early in the morning - there are almost no people at the beach around 7.30 - 8 am. I want to thank Nikos for the hospitality and the best recommendations. :)
A dog friendly hotel, with enough green areas for our dog to potty. The staff were nice too. Has an ok beach. Easy to find breakfast and lunch/dinner places around.
House is located on the hill in olive grove. The view is really nice from terrace. Terrace is on three sides of building and up to sun or view you can choose which one is the most comfortable for you. There is also garage to park the car, so it makes really good place for travel by a car. We were there with dog, so it was not a problem to let them run freely around without problem.

It was really nice stay.
I, my wife and our dog had a great stay. The room had very comfortable bed, roomy balcony and a beautiful sea view. The beach is 30m away with comfortable sunbeds included in the room price. The staff at the reception, at the bar and at the beach was very kind and helpful. In the middle of June there wasn't so many people and the beach had plenty of free space where we could even let our dog off leash.
