Amazing vila in Oia neighborhood, close to the windmills and facing the sunset. Big acomodariam for 5 persons, with very comfy bed, complete kitchen, living/dining room, balcony with a perfect view and gorgeous “cave pool”, which is heated. George takes care of everything himself and brought us our breakfast in the morning. They also kept our luggage after checkout. I definetely recommend.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Staff Aug 2024
My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Charisma Hotel in Oia, Santorini, and our experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for a truly unforgettable holidays.
A special mention must go to Artemis, Kostas, Sammer, Zac, and James, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their service by the pool and at breakfast was simply outstanding. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying a leisurely breakfast, their attentiveness and friendliness made us feel truly pampered. They anticipated our every need and consistently delivered with grace and professionalism. It's rare to find a team so dedicated to making guests feel special, and they truly exceeded our expectations.
However, we do have a small suggestion. Given the intense summer heat in Santorini, it would be great if the staff could wear shorts. It would not only be more comfortable for them but also align with the relaxed, resort-like atmosphere of the hotel.
Overall, our stay at Charisma Hotel was remarkable, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Artemis, Kostas, Sammer, Zac, and James. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Oia, and we look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed in the K&K Aram Suite and it was fantastic! A small unit but beautifully appointed with more than enough space for two people. The view from the property is incredible, sitting right beneath the Main Street of Oia. Our host Markos was so helpful and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. There was also a patio that overlooked the water which was the perfect place to sit and have a wine! I’d definitely recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting Santorini.

As parking close to the property wasn't possible, we parked at the nearest accessible point. The host was already waiting for us there, ready to help with our luggage, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free.

The property was in an ideal location in Oia right next to the famous blue domes. The staff were really accommodating with a good breakfast, cleaning services every morning. We really appreciate the effort put into making our stay special allowing us to view the sunset in the other suites, as the sunset could not be seen from ours. The property felt clean, well air conditioned and well maintained with fresh water and amenities when we ran out.

Their restaurant offers 10% off for hotel guests and it already have very competitive prices not to mention the very friendly staff that make you feel welcome and help you pick the best options.

Theview is just incredible and the location is perfect due to it‘s proximity to everything. Also we ordered breakfast was delivered to the room for the wished time and it was always delicious. The host, helped us competent and quickly whenever we had a question. We couldn‘t ask for more and I can recommend it to everyone, who is planning to have a stay in Oia.
Overall experience was great and staff very friendly, There were some issues with cleaners but hotel dealt with it very promptly and happy with the outcome. Very pet friendly as well making my daughter and dog super happy and comfortable.
The location was very central and the host available and helpful. We loved the resident dog too. The place was super clean and spacious for the three of us having a room each. There was only one bathroom but this wasn’t a problem for us. There was a washing machine which was helpful.
We loved the host, the food that she was able to make for us at such short notice on arrival. Yota makes the best greek salad I have ever had! Blackie, the pet doggy was so adorable and friendly. We stayed in Nkyteri villa which was just as expected, clean and comfortable. Great location and very easy to find.
