The room was cozy and simple and had everything you needed. The room was spotlessly clean. A nice cafe and bakery was just a few steps away so it was easy to have breakfast there. The host Michalis was very helpful and helped us with our luggage.

The location is hard to beat. We spent a lot of time sitting on the beautiful sunny balcony watching the sea and the boats. Studio was spotlessly clean with a kettle and fridge and cooker. Staff were kind and very friendly and warm.

The host was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. The accommodation was lovely and was not far from town if walking. I would stay there again. Lipsi is a fantastic Greek island that has stayed true to the Greek culture. It has some beautiful beaches and a small number of great restaurants and not to mention a fantastic bakery and excellent new wine and cocktail bar.

We stayed in Villa Gamma. The Villa manager, Stavros, speaks excellent English and was very helpful and available when needed. The lower level terrace is private and not overlooked. Location, rural setting and scenery, local donkey and stray cat who needed looking after!! Fabulous views.
