Lovely hotel location . Great breakfast. Great greeting and service in the main restaurant. Attentive about allergies. Comfy bed and big room. Pool and sauna facilities great. Second time staying here and in general would recommend. Staff did take concerns seriously upon check out. Feel like this would have been fed back.

We were so impressed with the beautiful property & grounds, and super helpful staff. The facilities are very dog friendly and they even provided a dog bed and bowls in the room - a lovely touch! Great food in the pretty Atrium restaurant. Staff were very friendly. We loved the swimming pool. Free EV charging for our car was v helpful given the rural location.

The hotel is located in a beautiful estate, with a nice arboretum around it, and the main house is a lovely historic building. The gardens are very well kept and very nice to walk around. There is a very well designed "lounge area" outside which is fantastic for having a drink in the evening enjoying the sunset, if weather permits... Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Great for us that it is dog friendly.

Wonderful place! The staff and service were absolutely first class. Every staff member we passed in the hall would smile and give us a friendly “hello”. Amazing building and arboretum. A real luxury experience. Very pet-friendly - there was a dog bed and bowls already in the room and we had access straight into the garden from the room. Evening meals were beautiful. We truly had a fantastic stay!

Everything was amazing, especially Alex who welcomed us and made our stay wonderful. Thank you very much for that. Also we were really impressed from the pet friendly room where 2 dog's beds and bowls were waiting for our doggies. There is direct access from the room to a big yard and it is really helpful for pet owners. The restaurant is also very elegant and the dishes are delicious. The location is great as you are very close to bath by car. You feel like you live in an other century.
