The apartment is outstanding value for money in my opinion. Spotlessly clean, very spacious and very well equipped it suited our needs perfectly. Being only a short walk from the seafront and town centre, it really proved to be gem of a place for our short stay. The owner was on hand via WhatsApp to answer any questions we had, indeed he was very helpful when one of my fellow travellers left a bag behind by mistake. The digital locking system is pure brilliance in my opinion, if you ever stay here you will see what I mean. I thoroughly recommend Southend Stays apartment to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable to stay near to all the city has to offer.

I was meeting up with family and friends - the hotel was a perfect location. But once I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Southend I want to go back next year to do the same. It is very nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything you would need for a basic stay. Towels were provided along with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom. The TV was good with all the apps for you to log in to.

Welcoming hosts with a clean and comfortable studio in a great location! This was such a bargain, and having the kitchenette in the room was really helpful. Sitting on the balcony in the sunshine you could imagine you were somewhere far more exotic now that the greenery has grown up more than in some of the photos, it is bliss and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay in Southend. The ability to park also a bonus for anyone who isn't taking a train/coach
Location good for us. Residential but local shops and restaurants 5 mins walk, Southend a nice walk along prom away. Very clean, large comfy bed. Is some noise in front room when residents above move around but not enough to be that disturbing and never heard them from bedroom. Enjoyed the cutlery challenge on arrival. Good instant comms especially as we booked last minute. Would happily stay here again.
