Everything was amazing from the staff that went above and beyond to meet needs and accommodations. Breakfast was included in the price which was a big plus. Very delicious and well made. The location is perfect as well, close to everything. Laura was over the top amazing. I rented a car and didn’t know my way around with the road signs or driving on the opposite side of the road. She was kind enough to let me look over at her daughter’s driving manual which helped alot. She went above and beyond

All good. Clean, quiet. Only improvement would be a cooked breakfast that we would be happy to pay extra for. But we knew what was available so there was no disapointment.

What a great dog friendly hotel The staff are so friendly and attentative. Our room was impeccably clean and there was a door out to the garden which was ideal for our small dog to mooch about. The restaurant offers superb choices from English and Indian cuisine. We were able to have our set restaurant choice in the bar, as did other guests with dogs, which equalled the decor of the restaurant. Breakfast had a great selection . A wonderful hotel and restaurant of high standards we loved our stay

The location was great, easy to find and next to a garage for some supplies and there's an Indian restaurant next door as well which is dog friendly, beers well priced and good food, though the food was very expensive. The room was comfortable and a decent size, clean ish though more care could have been taken to clean up the cobwebs and there were quite a few bugs in the room! It's a good place to stay for a night, it was quiet and we slept well plus the staff are super friendly.

This is a fairly cheap and cheerful establishment next to a convenient although a little expensive indian restaurant and a petrol station and shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is dog friendly but they do charge £10 per dog which I think is excessive. The room was fairly clean but they need to move the bed when vacuuming. In the bathroom the toilet lid ad come loose and the door could not be shut.

Great location, good views from room to the front and right hand side of the building. Can even see the Welland Valley Viaduct from our room 18 on lower floor. This room was also nice and large which was great to set up the dog crate. Dog friendly as you will have guessed Although room was tired it was clean and comfortable
