This place was spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and the little packs of shower gel, soap, shampoo etc.
It was very dog friendly with both outside areas fully fenced, seating provided and nicely finished. Parking next to the property.
The location was great, very close to Sutton On Sea and Mablethorpe.
Excellent stay overall, property, hosts and location were great. Extras such as coffee, milk, shower gel, hand soaps , and dog treat box are nice touches. The grandchildren loved the upstairs den. All very clean. It is a quiet peaceful site. Definitely intend to return.
The location is ideal for dog walking, with public footpaths leading to the beach and Farmer Browns, among other places. The RV was well-equipped for a comfortable stay, and there was plenty of information available about the RV itself and the local amenities.
A lovely couple of nights in Manor Farm Stay! Our room was lovely, the location was excellent & our breakfasts were incredible. Everything one needs locally (the beach, restaurants, supermarket etc) were only a few minutes away. Rachel & Dominic were wonderful hosts & nothing was too much trouble. They sent lots of very helpful information before our arrival about dog-friendly places to eat & they welcomed our young dog with feeding & water bowls for her use & treats for her in our room. We will be returning.
The location was perfect for us. We travelled for my partners surprise 40th. We wanted relaxed by the sea where we could walk our two dogs and we weren't disappointed. Hosts were fantastic from start to finish. The property was vey clean and very comfortable for us. The location and distance from the beach was perfect. Hosts thought of everything right down to the pet towels for wet paws. Thank you so much for letting us stay, we will definitely be booking again.
