we loved this place so much so I will be booking again - staff super friendly and the house and it's contents are another level full of historical things . amazing pictures books and all sorts of treasure that we were warmly invited to use .
I loved the idea that it's full of a person collection of occultism and the new owners have treated them respectfully. you definitely don't have to be into occultism to love and enjoy the treasures and the vibe of the house is so warm and welcoming X ps pics don't do it justice

It was very clean, exceptionally well provided with everything one could need, very peaceful and near the Tor and Chalice Well Gardens . Stuart and Annette were lovely, friendly and helpful and made us and our dog very welcome.

The location was good. Our room was beautiful. The dining area and bar is really well decorated giving it a cosy feel.
Having a hot tub was lovely but took a while to get the temperature setting right as it had no instructions.
The living area had amazing views as was the view from the hot tub.
The food was really nice.
