The hotel location is special .. remote and beautiful with lovely grounds to walk around. The hotel is quirky and old with a lot of stairs but we enjoyed that uniqueness. The 2 best things were the staff - who are always lovely and very professional - and the food - which is EXCELLENT!

The owners and facilities were great. Nice touches with communal tea/coffee/milk and the lounges were very cosey. Shared bathrooms were very clean and showers were good.
Dining area and outside area was a nice bonus to the property.

Tigh Na Cloich is in a fantastic position, within minutes of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants as well as all the lovely walks in Pitlochry. The views are fantastic, and it was a really personal and warm welcome. We had our dog (spaniel) with us and they were so kind and accommodating. Breakfast was absolutely delicious too.

A beautiful hotel in a tranquil location . The twin rooms were more like apartments and very clean and comfortable .
The restaurant was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful . It was incredibly good value for money and a highlight of our eight stay trip to Scotland . I couldn't recommend it more highly .
Offering a variety of animal-adapted amenities, these properties provide a pet-friendly stay. Services may include sitting services, specialized bedding and dog walking. Some hotels even offer quirky perks like a gourmet room service menu for pets, as well as catnip and scratch poles.
Lovely staff who were so helpful and the location was stunning. The property is dog friendly and we didn’t feel restricted at all as the staff did all they could to accommodate our pooches during mealtimes.
Beautiful hotel room and very comfy bed, quiet location. Very dog friendly, there was a bowl, treats and poo bags for the dog in the room and a nice selection of tea and coffee for us. Food was really nice.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff, beautiful location and very cosy vibes. We arrived early and relaxed by the fire in the homely, comfortable reception area. Breakfast was delicious and the room was extremely comfortable and clean with excellent facilities. Although we didn't eat dinner there, we heard it was delicious and, although we didn't have our own dog, it was great to see the hotel was dog friendly. We took a lovely stroll around the grounds and golf course.
Beautiful location. Very dog friendly. Dogs are not allowed in the dinning area, however the staff was very helpful and made it no problemen to set up a table in the lounge.
Incredible setting. List of walks from the hotel on the website. Great veggie options in the restaurant. Bar area with fireplace is so cosy. Dog friendly and we had a water bowl, treats and poo bags left in the room for us! Cheap considering it's a castle in its own estate!
Fantastic location well worth the trip up there. Tim and Hellen, the hosts, are really nice folk. I wish them all the best with their business.
Motorcycle and dog friendly perfect.
Amazing location for hillwalking.
Actually dog friendly- allow dogs everywhere except dining room and provide bowls/ mats/ poo bags in room.
Food for dinner and breakfast was lovely with lots of scottish produce on offer.
Decor is traditional and rooms are unique. Our room had a lovely big bath.
Location superb. Food excellent. Service excellent., all staff were efficient, helpful and friendly.
Hotel was very dog friendly, and as dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, they set up a table for us in an adjoining room. We felt spoiled.
Brilliant location. Beautiful scenery close by. Plenty of safe spaces to walk the dog and very dog friendly hotel.
The food was of a good standard and fairly priced. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed the estate and location. The staff were exceptional and the food was delicious. Dinner, bed and breakfast was excellent. It was super dog friendly. We didn’t use the bar but it looked nice. The roaring fires were lovely. Great if you want a remote stay away and the valley mountains views are amazing.
