We loved our stay here. Great spot opposite the park and a perfect base for exploring. A faded old lady of a property - you’re not paying Ritz prices- but we had a comfortable stay. The staff were delightful at reception, in the restaurant and doing the rooms. The food has improved out of sight since our last visit a few years ago.

Harry was a superb host. Very comfortable and well equipped rooms. Superb breakfasts. Boat of Garten is a very quiet village and very well placed to explore the Cairngorms from. Will definitely choose The Boat House Guesthouse to stay next time.

The location was perfect for us. The property was clean and well equipped and quiet. Everything worked as it should, the shower was a little slow draining though.
This was our third holiday in this cottage and we have enjoyed both the house and the surround location for walking and dinning out i don't want to say too much or we will not be able to book it again
The location was superb! The house itself was a lovely place, every room was spacious. Just off the road, so nice and quiet. The views were stunning, and the garden area was lovely too. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Everything we needed was provided, and the hosts even provided a wee welcome basket on our arrival.
We loved our stay at this farmhouse. It was very comfortable, warm, spacious with good beds, bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen.
The farm is situated between Grantown and Nethy Bridge. The location was ideal, it was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside, and is close to the Speyside Way walking track.
