Everything. Our host was lovely, so friendly and welcoming, even when we had a late check in and terrible traffic en route. Breakfast was lovely, the annex is beautiful, that evening's in the whisky barn were perfect. Emiko has curated a wide selection of whiskys, which she knows very well, her recommendations were perfect.

Great location, away from hustle and bustle of central Lake District and short walking distance from the beach. Spacious and well equipped clean house. Extremely safe, small village location.
Very warm welcome, room super clean
Location easy to find
Very beautiful mountain view, the bed is super comfy, and breakfast was delicious
I give it 10/10 and back to staying there again
Location is beautiful overlooking nature/mountain sceneries. Clean lodges and hot tubs. Comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, cookwares etc. Beautiful peacocks everywhere. Receptionist was lovely, she let us checked in a bit early. Very friendly staff.
Megan was a wonderful host- she answered all our questions and even allowed us a traveling breakfast on one morning we needed to leave early. Her husband Peter was wonderful in showing us around the farm animals and even did a sheep shearing and sheep dog demonstration for us. The farm is off the beaten path and gave me some great opportunities to practice driving a manual car. This property has great views and allowed us to get some good relaxation. Highly recommend!
Interesting conversion. Lovely big room . Nice modern shower room / toilet.. Top quality breakfast, beautifully cooked and piping hot.
Garden area available for dog exercise. Cannot be off lead as sheep in field A.nice two night stay in an interesting dog friendly farm conversion. Owner friendly and helpful.
Beautiful property on a working farm with amazing views. So peaceful and Megan is a wonderful host nothing was a bother for her. She advised us on dog friendly pubs and the place had a lovely field and outdoor area for our rescue dog to wander safely. There was lovely little touches like fresh flowers, fresh cafeteria coffee and fresh orange juice in the fridge. The cooked breakfast was fab and Megan always served it with a smile!
Will definitely be back 😃
