Great location by the river, a short walk into the city centre and all the sights, but still very quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable, and the public areas of the hotel (bar, restaurant, garden etc) were really nice. Friendly reception staff.

Location was excellent. Short walk into town and near a park where we could throw balls for our dog.
The room had everything you could need. The hosts had literally thought of everything. Great attention to detail. There were dog bowls and even a bag of treats for our dog. They had put milk in the small fridge for us and plenty of tea and coffee. Even supplied toiletries for showering. There was a small heater if we were cold and a fan if too hot. Absolutely everything you could need was there. Also very clean and lovely modern decoration.
Great communication and helpful with local suggestions for dog walking and coffee. Fantastic dog walking park by the river 2 minutes walk away. I especially appreciated the ground coffee and proper coffee bags and dog treats provided! Thanks for a comfortable and restful stay.
The location was great and town very nice. Some very good restaurants nearby. Hotel staff very helpful. Room was good size. No lift made it difficult getting to room but managed it, slowly. Dog didn't get the goody bag that should have been in the room for our arrival.
Clean, accessible, central. Loved the deco and ambiance. Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Food was great both evening meal and breakfast. Loved the personal touch re pet friendly, made to feel very welcome with dog. Would definitely stay again.
Everything was excellent , the room was large & very clean & very dog friendly.
We had 2 evening meals & again these were very good, as were the breakfasts - cooked to order with very good selection
Staff went out of way to help & always very friendly.
Location of hotel in market place - lovely small town
