This is a bit of hidden gem as it just looks like a shop front from the street but all the rooms are in a unit behind the bar. My room was very large and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and breakfast service was excellent. If you are a light sleeper be aware that the town clock in Fochabers rings clear and true every hour :)
Greenacres Coffee Shop next door is worth a mention as well - good coffee and cakes

Very nice house with bedroom overlooking the sea with view over the Moray Forth to the Black Isle. Breakfast was first class with excellent choice of fruit and cerial together with a cooked breakfast.
Very comfortable bed & spotlessly clean room.
Would recommend this accommodation its the best in Lossiemouth!

Lovely wee village and locals super friendly. Accommodation was excellent with all you would need for a comfortable stay. Although we didn't have food, we have been told that the food available is wonderful. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back.
Offering a variety of animal-adapted amenities, these properties provide a pet-friendly stay. Services may include sitting services, specialized bedding and dog walking. Some hotels even offer quirky perks like a gourmet room service menu for pets, as well as catnip and scratch poles.
Nice apartment in the middle of Rothes. Short walk to convenience stores and bars/restaurants. Close to a few local distilleries which was the main point of the trip. Clean and comfortable and great communication from the host
All food was great and service of the staff was good as well. Our bed was very comfortable and bathroom was nice. The location for traveling to various scotch distilleries was fantastic.
We stayed here as our base in Speyside during our distillery tour in Scotland. Located in the center of Rothes, we could walk to the Glen Grant and Speyburn distilleries (we enjoy walking). The room was spacious and comfortable. On the ground floor, there is a public bar with a wide selection of whiskies, where we enjoyed tasting multiple kinds. We highly recommend this place as an affordable and comfortable base for visiting Speyside.
Very quiet location with private parking. Spotlessly clean with all you need to know nicely displayed.
A noticeable nice touch was having tea/coffee supplies, including two different fresh milks, pods for the coffee machine, choice of shower gels etc. After a 500+ mile drive it was nice to arrive and be able to relax before finding local shops etc.
It has a large private garden which I imagine is an added plus during the warmer months.
I would definitely stay again, great value for money!
Extremely clean & organized apartment. Not just dog friendly…. you recognize that they love dogs. There was absolutely nothing missing.
Fantastic contact with the owner 👍👍👍
