The main issue we had was the email we received from the owner had the code to the box with the door key cut off i.e only half the email was displayed. We had to guess it!

We loved how clean and lovely it smelt and well put together the rooms had a modern feel to it with a spacious living room and kitchen combined.
easy instructions to follow at the end of ur stay cleaning products under the sink was super helpful to keep the air b and b clean.

Great location to get public transport to the City Centre. Off street parking. Clean, lovely comfortable beds with nice new bedding.

Great location. Near the town centre. We were welcomed by Basha and Peter on arrival. Both were very welcoming and chatty. Nothing was a bother from the start of the stay until the end. Lovely wee hotel.
Location was excellent for travelling further up north the next day. Several options nearby for food in the evening. Morrisons petrol station next door was incredibly helpful. Staff in hotel were all lovely and very helpful.
Shower was powerful with plenty of hot water and the bed was comfortable.

Great location, we came up for swimming competition at Ponds Forge, hotel really easy to find from motorway and very simple run in to Ponds Forge.

Breakfast was fantastic, we got full breakfast but if staying g again might just get co to mental as this covers everything apart from cooked breakfast. Lots of fresh fruit/melon/dried fruit, cheese, meats, breads, pastries etc
The location was excellent as it’s not too far from the motorway. We were allocated adjoining rooms on the ground floor near to the entrance which were really convenient as we were travelling with a dog.
