A long drive from London.. with my children, it’s freezing.. there’s no heating!!! And I called the property for help.. the lady told me she’s sleeping.. and did not answer my calls!!!!! Unbelievable!!! There could have been an emergency! There’s no heating! And the blow up beds they gave to my children one of them is flat!

Everything was taken care of, the owner was faultless in the service offered, the hot tub was a great touch. Will definitely be returning!

Ideal Location close to town. Shower good, bed comfy. Loved the decor and outlook from windows lovely. Close parking which was a bonus. Clear self-check in,check out instructions from Donna very helpful. Teabags,coffee, milk was also apprecriated.

Spacious bungalow for the 4 of us plus our 2 dogs. Nice garden, no houses at the back of the property, and a nice view over the fields and hills. Close to Rawtenstall centre and nearby a great pub. Sofa throw provided for the dogs. Dog walks on the door step. Communication with owner before arrival was easy, instructions to get into property were clear. Nice touch to leave some bread, butter and milk for us. Bungalow had everything we needed.
