Beautiful house, wonderful classy furnishings and furniture. Very much like staying in a five star hotel with the added bonus of great hosts and a nice breakfast.

Comfortable & well equipped house in the most beautiful location. A stones throw from the coastal path and minutes from the picturesque harbour.
Carol was a great host and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend & look forward to a return trip soon.
Lovely staff, helpful & friendly.
Family room was comfortable, spacious and had a sea view.
Meal at night and breakfasts were first class.
It was dog friendly.
Located in the centre of the main street in Portsoy with easy access to shops and a wee walk from the harbour.
The owner went out of her way to provide me with a suitable dog friendly room. The lady serving breakfast was very sociable which is important especially when you’re a solo traveler!! Breakfast was amazing 😋
Wonderful ice cream parlour next door and beautiful Loch to walk around…
From outside we were a bit unsure, but when you enter it is very nice and clean. The rooms are very big and clean. A bit hot in the night during the summer as no AC or Fan. The food quality is very good and fair prices. Also dog friendly it is allowed to bring you dog into the rooms and for dinner but not allowed for breakfast.
The room was lovely and the bed absolutely superb for a great night's sleep. Our dog was spoiled too with his own bed and water and food dish...breakfast served in the room meant we didn't have to worry about our dog. Breakfast was amazing and dinner was excellent with private room so dog could settle too, again with his own wee water bowl-compliments to the chef for superb quality of food and staff for their friendly service. Would highly recommend this beautiful house, lovely stroll to the town and harbour.
