Lovely character property, the room we had was great, the owners, Simon and Maz are a lovely and helpful couple who made us feel very welcome indeed and made us feel at home, breakfast was excellent and Maz's home made marmalade and lemon curd was to die for, so tasty, if there is a down side, I'd say it was that there was no parking at the property due to its location, so it was a fair walk to the carpark, but having said that, we had a free parking pass provided by the owners which saved us £40 in parking fees 👍couldn't fault the place tbh,.👍😉

It was very and more, the house still has the old fisherman's feel with a little modern twist. The bed were comfy we all had a great night sleep. Donna was always at the end of the phone if needed, but she couldn't of been more clearer with all instructions. The kitchen was well equipped and in working order. I will be definitely be back.

We are from the US but have longed to visit Polperro for years. We got a chance to visit the UK, was gifted lodgings in a different city, but when this booking popped up, decided the side trip was worth it. Kathryn was great. We got in a little early but when we called her she came down to check us in. She had a wonderful little continental breakfast already prepared in our room with bread, cereals, and other goodies. Very quaint, warm welcoming front room and the bedroom was very comfortable. Very quiet.
