Nice room with a cute finish to the design. Comfy bed. Quiet at the back of the hotel. Most things you'd need catered for. Also attached to a pub so easy to get food there!

Central location, parking, The street was a little noisy with window open but that as expected if you stay centrally. The location and facilities otherwise more than made up for it.

It was an overnight stay to break a journey from the north east to Devon and it was perfect. It was roughly half way and dog friendly. Our little Shih Tzu loved it. A nice big garden to run around safely and comfy room for us. Donna is a lovely host and would recommend without hesitation. We even had milk, cereals, tea, coffee and snacks. Great start to our three week holiday 🌝

We liked the location. The size of thew room was wonderful. We loved having some basic catering equipment so we could make breakfast and coffee in the morning. The cheery welcome. The landlady was exceptionally warm and friendly. We got to meet her dogs and she took our little boy to meet the dogs again and a snake. He was thrilled.
