The location is great as it's near many attractions. The landlady is welcoming and friendly.
The room was large and comfortable. Plenty of space for us and our dog who had his own courtyard all to himself!
There were plenty of towels, tea and coffee facilties were good.
Breakfast was really good.
We also had a meal in the evening which was very nice. Staff were attentive. Good ambience in the pub.

Exquisite location, ambience and decor. Old with a modern approach. Log fires, attentive staff, clean and quiet rooms. They totally understand special dietary requirements so as a coeliac I had the full choice of the menu but a gluten free version prepared especially by the chef for both breakfast and dinner. The room was a superior, the bed was huge and super comfy, shower and bath in the bathroom and plenty of freebies, cocktails, snacks and suchlike.

A wonderful place, very clean, comfortable, welcoming, beautiful location. Lovely beds. I sat outside on the picnic table, enjoying a BBQ and taking in the glorious views. I slept like a baby and woke up to hear the birds singing, I felt totally rested and ready for my working day. Ive already arranged my next stay. This place makes working away, a pleasure!
The location was perfect, I needed some "me" time and I deffently got that. Lovely to be able to walk and see no-one.
Cottage was very comfortable, I had the best night sleep the bed was so comfortable. Ruth is lovely, it was so nice to meet her. Pickles the dog gave me a lovely welcome and Marmite the new puppy had to join in. Would deffently go back.
Ruth, our host, was very helpful and gave us some useful tips about our proposed itinerary and local walks. The Sunshine annex was very comfortable, well equipped and it was a quiet location. Nice, modern, shower, in en-suite bathroom. Excellent wi-if and good TV with many channels.
