The Retreat was delightful, set in a secure gated gardens with views through the valley to Motherwell. Very easy to get to and perfect access to road links.
The Retreat was very spacious, peaceful, warm and comfortable. Plenty of space for the dogs inside and out. The bathroom is one that you only dream of owning with plenty of soft towels..

We had a very great 2 night stay over whilst going on holiday. Very clean, very comfortable, very nice staff.

Lovely place to stay kept questioning myself as to if they were dog friendly as don't normally stay in places as nice as this with my dog.
Only reason I didn't rate staff is because I never actually saw anyone. The check in is all via codes and email communication.
Communication however is exactly as they said it would be at each correspondence.
