It was great to have dinner in restaurant (food was really good) and then sit with a glass of wine on sofa in front of fire. Whilst we were in bedroom above bar, the noise was gone and then very quiet from 11pm. First time and not the last to stay there - staff were great too

Bel and The Dragon is an exceptional country Inn. We loved the decor, the comfortable room and bed, the guest lounge, the amazing food and the service from the staff was exemplary. From the general manager all the way to the cleaners, we were made to feel so welcome. We would stay again and again, such a shame we don’t live closer. If you come across this gorgeous Inn, just book it, you will not be disappointed.

Staff were super friendly. Really accommodating when my colleague was running late for check-in. The pub is very nice and it's in a lovely quiet village location. Ample parking.
Breakfast was a lovely full English and they were flexible in service times for it.
Slept very well, bed was large and comfy.

Perfect location for the concert we were going to.
Room was lovely and clean.
Enormous comfy bed with lovely bedding. Nice bath- big walk in shower
Little chocolates and welcome card.
Very nice touch.
Cute little milk urn to get fresh milk
I really liked the location. Was perfect for the small festival we go too, we usually stay in a different hotel but this location was 10/10 and the building was nice and clean.
Property was large and very attractive. Most staff (eg some Reception staff, some waiting staff and all cleaners) were very friendly and the rooms were large, very comfortable and very clean. Menu for dinner was excellent with large range of vegetarian and vegan options and other options at a very reasonable price. Dinner was excellent in a pleasant setting. Car park was very large and safe, which was reassuring. Breakfast was generally good. An ideal location for our gig at Wasing Estate.
The hotel is beautiful, decorated with good taste, clean, comfortable and very welcoming; the location is very good - close to London, Oxford and Cotswold. The staff is very friendly and helpful and our breakfast was just right; I am looking forward to going back and try their dinner/ pub grub; wholeheartedly recommend it; it appears to also be dog friendly; the perfect retreat for a countryside trip.
