Loved the decor and the antiques. Very friendly and helpful. The room was large enough for all our luggage and loved the little entrance hall into our suite. The garden was lovely too. Dog friendly too…..
Lovely period property and beautifully decorated. We were made to feel most welcome and very dog friendly. Delicious cooked breakfast and a lovely fresh fruit salad , cereal and yoghurt too. Would definitely book to stay again.
The accommodation decor was beautiful. My bedroom had a four poster bed and was luxurious. You were welcomed by the host who introduced us to his two friendly dogs. It is very much a dog friendly place.
The breakfast was really great and the hosts so welcoming of us and our two dogs. I really appreciated their kindness and hospitality. The location was perfect for visiting key places and tucked away so not in the hustle and bustle. The bathroom was gorgeous and the little toiletries etc a nice addition.
The location was perfect for exploring local National Trust Properties.
Breakfast was perfect.
The property was immaculate.
The host was brilliant - even with communication before we arrived.
The welcome form the beautiful dogs was also appreciated!
The hosts, Phillip and Mick were very welcoming, the breakfast & service was excellent, plenty of choice and freshly prepared. The bed was very comfortable and we all got a good nights sleep. The central location and local park was welcomed by our dog for his evening & morning walk.
The building is beautiful, the owners and very polite and on point, the room was gorgeous and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be staying again, even if it is to see the owners very beautiful doggys!! The location is perfect, only 10 minutes away from shops and the centre.
The property is stunning and Phillip was so welcoming - we have 2 sausage dogs who with with us and have never stated in such a clean and beautifully presented dog-friendly hotel. We were allocated the ground floor garden room which was beautiful and extremely helpful with being right by the garden, the grounds of the property are also stunning- would absolutely recommend and will be booking again
